本實驗室參與第17屆國際中尺度對流系統會議(ICMCS),在海報競賽中張文瑞、王采琳同學參與海報競賽獲頒"傑出學生報告獎"!

國際中尺度對流系統會議(ICMCS)是東亞與美國之間大氣科學交流的首要平台。該會議每 18 個月舉辦一次,並在台灣、美國、日本、韓國及中國之間輪流主辦。

會議重點關注颱風、中尺度對流系統、梅雨鋒面、雲微物理及其他劇烈天氣過程。鑑於東亞氣候活動頻繁,中尺度對流系統的風暴模式顯得尤為重要,因為它們會強烈影響降水特徵、劇烈天氣爆發以及區域氣候的變異性。解決這些挑戰是 ICMCS 的核心使命,旨在促進國際合作、提升科學知識並期望槍氣候災害風險。

2026年4月20日至4月23日於在臺灣澎湖舉行,由國立臺灣大學主辦。本次會議由國立中央大學、國立臺灣師範大學、中國文化大學及國立澎湖科技大學共同協辦,並獲得交通部中央氣象署、國家科學及技術委員會、國家災害防救科技中心以及中華民國氣象學會的贊助支持。此次合作凸顯了臺灣在科研與實務應用方面的整合能力。 (活動網頁:https://icmcs17.web.app/program)
